Workshop Overview

We all have a mental and emotional health and organisations are increasingly becoming aware of the importance of harnessing this asset in their employees so that all can thrive and achieve their potential. To do this organisations need to build a comprehensive and effective mental wellbeing strategy, working with mental health professionals.

In this course we will increase understanding of what good mental and emotional health is, the impact on the bottom line of an effective mental health strategy and what needs to be included to increase wellbeing, resilience, emotional intelligence and mental health.

There will be lots of research, case studies and statistics to increase knowledge of this area plus an interactive exercise to plan a robust mental health strategy. Delegates will come away with a clear strategy and plan for their organisation and team.
