Workshop Overview

Giving feedback is a critical skill for any leader, especially where fostering growth, accountability, and a positive culture is key to success. However, delivering constructive or developmental feedback can be challenging. This workshop is designed to equip senior and middle leaders with the skills and confidence needed to deliver difficult feedback in a way that is both effective and empathetic. Participants will learn how to provide feedback that motivates rather than demoralizes, ensuring that staff feel supported in their development, not criticised.

Using a specific structured framework, leaders will explore practical strategies for giving feedback that is clear, actionable, and aligned with the broader goals of the organisation. The workshop will also address the emotional dynamics of feedback, helping leaders understand how to navigate defensiveness, encourage self-reflection, and maintain positive relationships even when delivering tough messages. Leaders will leave with the tools needed to ensure that feedback becomes a powerful tool for growth, both for individuals and for the team as a whole.
