Healthy Minds @ Work have been a joy to work with from start to finish of this project. They have been flexible and generous with their approach and are always helpful.

Even without guarantee that we would get the grant or that they would win the contract to deliver this project, they provided invaluable advice for the grant application and were happy to talk through strengths and weaknesses of what we were proposing and how much it was likely to cost.

When we won the grant and invited applicants. Healthy Minds @ Work were up against steep competition and an independent panel of interviewers. The panel was unanimously impressed by their insight into the complexity of offering peer supervision training to schools and the thoughtful way they suggested devising and delivering the programme, based on the depth of their experience working with schools and delivering supervision.

They collaborated with us really well and involved us in the development of the training and listened to our suggestions with respect, whilst also guiding us with their expertise in a lovely and balanced way.

They were easy to communicate with throughout and they were very flexible in their approach, particularly welcomed as this was during the pandemic. For example, if some delegates were sick, they offered to run an extra session without charge to allow the delegates to access the course once they had recovered.

The grant required the project to be evaluated and Healthy Minds @ Work were quick to devise a meaningful baseline and follow up audit of both the delegate and the person who would be receiving the supervision. They were deeply engaged with the whole process and led on the design of the evaluation in accordance with the confines of the brief.

The project was made up of two strands of work. The second strand proved to be less popular but Healthy Minds @ Work were solutions focussed and adapted the offer to encourage better take up. It was great having such a flexible and collaborative working arrangement.

The evaluation period went on after the contract had ended, but Healthy Minds @ Work remained fully engaged until the project was completely finished. They were an absolute joy to work with because they were utterly professional in the commitment to seeing the work through to its conclusion.

I have no reservations whatsoever in recommending Healthy Minds @ Work to other organisations seeking to deliver supervision work in schools and nursery settings.
