Programme Structure

1: 360-Degree Feedback & Individual Development Planning
Participants begin with a comprehensive 360-degree feedback process to identify strengths, development areas, and inform a personalised leadership growth plan.

2: Programme Launch Workshop (with Line Managers)
A joint session for participants and their line managers to:

  • clarify the objectives and expectations of the programme
  • define SMART development goals
  • secure manager commitment to ongoing support and feedback

3: Leading High-Performance: Performance Management Essentials
Covers:

  • setting SMART goals aligned with organisational strategy
  • giving constructive feedback and having critical conversations
  • managing underperformance compassionately and effectively
  • supporting development and career aspirations

4: Adaptive Leadership: Transforming Your Leadership Style
Equips leaders to flex their style based on team member capability and motivation, using situational leadership principles to unlock performance.

5: Coaching for Growth and Accountability
Introduces practical coaching skills using the GROW model, enabling leaders to empower team members to take ownership of their development and goals.

6: Understanding Individual and Team Dynamics
Applies psychological frameworks to explore behavioural patterns, team roles, and interpersonal challenges—enhancing leaders’ ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.

7: Emotionally Intelligent Leadership
