Monica Juneja is a leadership coach, psychotherapist and talent advisor, with over twenty years’ experience working at a global management consultancy organisation, leading their Human Capital business for the private sector. She has been involved in delivering large scale transformation programmes, designing new operating models and delivering bespoke learning and leadership programmes. She is passionate about empowering women and marginalised groups to thrive in both a professional and personal setting.
