Ayan Ali is a coach, trainer, organisational consultant, and an accredited psychotherapist (MSc). She has been providing services for the last 10 years to universities, the NHS, charities, and the private sector in the UK and abroad. Prior to this, she had a career in television production and senior teaching roles working with international students.

Clients have described Ayan as collaborative, insightful and practical. She is passionate about supporting marginalised groups to do their best work while maintaining their wellbeing and authenticity. She serves on the executive committee of the Universities and Colleges Division of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

Ayan holds a BA Hons in Social and Political Sciences from Cambridge University, bringing an awareness of our external context to her work. She is completing an MA in organisational consultancy and leadership. Using a combined systems and psychodynamic approach allows her to navigate complex issues with leaders and teams for real transformation.
