Jacqueline (a professionally qualified (ACCA) accountant) has over 20 years experience of working in the commercial sector in a variety of roles including Finance, Relationship Management, and Sales. Her senior positions in her earlier career have allowed her to work on delivering large scale, innovative and complex projects and as a result has developed a deep understanding of change management and corporate cultural differences across numerous organisations over many years. In addition to her business experience, she also has worked in the voluntary and charity sector.
In her more recent career, Jacqueline has become an experienced psychodynamic counsellor and psychotherapist and a member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and BPC (British Psychoanalytic Council). She has worked as an Honorary Psychotherapist for the NHS, counselling individuals and groups. She also spent 4 years as a Student Counsellor in a London university counselling service.
Jacqueline currently works in private practice supporting individuals over long or short-term periods, taking each person’s needs and circumstances into consideration.
Alongside her private practice, Jacqueline uses both her commercial and clinical experience to support individuals and organisations with workplace wellbeing, organisational consultancy and individual coaching.
Jo, Jacqueline and Leanne have run workshops in the school to enhance our understanding of emotional resilience and are extremely skilled at identifying how best to use their own specific skill sets to support individuals.
..through a mixture of her deep understanding of people’s emotional world and how this affects their behaviour and skilful coaching she enables them to free themselves from old behavioural patterns and so reach their full potential.
The results of the training were a more consistent, professional and structured system for performance management across the organisation, with objectives in place for each team member and linked to those of the organisation. Line managers feel far more confident and able to engage with staff about performance.
Through my own supervision and workshops at the school we have ensured wellbeing is at the heart of our school improvement work.
highly supportive and enjoys creating a safe environment where people are happy, and willing to dig deep into themselves to find what’s holding them back.
